Adopt a Gifford Cat

We work With You To Make The Perfect Match

At Gifford, we work to match adopters with cats that will fit their respective lifestyles and living situations.  Our adoption counselors will walk you through the process of adopting at Gifford and we are confident you will be satisfied when your new furry companion comes home and gets settled.

If you'd like to adopt, please first submit our Adoption Application Form below and we will contact you.

YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL THE STEPS IN CREATING YOUR ADOPTION PROFILE BEFORE VISITING US, THIS INCLUDES REFERENCE CHECKING WHERE APPLICABLE AND SPEAKING WITH AN ADOPTION COUNSELOR ON THE PHONE.

The process is speedy, typically taking only a few days, but we unfortunately cannot accommodate same day applications.

ONCE YOUR PROFILE IS COMPLETE you will be invited to make an appointment to visit the shelter.

We look forward to helping you find your perfect match!
